VESSELS COLLIDE
ON SEA OF MARMORA FIFTEEN LIVES LOST Constantinople, December 27. At least fifteen were drowned in the Sea of Marmora in a collision at midnight on December \22 between a Greek vessel and the Bulgarian steamer Varna, which had a crew of about thirty. Four were rescued by a Britisher. The Turkish police arrested the captain of the Greek vessel.
