ARRIVES AT WELLINGTON

PLANS FOR SOUTH ISLAND TOUR
Lord Craigavon, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, who has been enjoying a restful holiday at Rotorua, Taupo, and National Park, will leave Rotorua on Thursday next for Wellington, and will arrive here on Friday morning, January 3' The same day Lord Craigavon will visit Heretaunga to allow him to pay his respects to the Prime Minister (Sir Joseph War>. Later in the day he will visit the mausoleum of the late Hon. W. F. Massey (his fellow countryman and friend) at Point Halswell. The same evening Lord Craigavon will leave here by the ferry steamer for Lyttelton, and will proceed straight on to the Franz Josef Glacier, where a few days will be spent in that fascinating district. On the return journey the visitor will spend a day in Christchurch, and will then proceed on to Dunedin and Invercargill, where a very warm welcome is assured by the IrishScots of the south. lie is to pay a visit to Queenstown, and from there will trek overland to the Hermitage at Mount Cook, which will give the visitor some idea of South Island back country.
Lord Craigavon will return from the Hermitage to Timaru, and after a day dhere will come on to Wellington. His present intention is to spend a few days in the Wairarapa before leaving for Southampton by the Rangitata on February 1.
