NEW CONSTITUTION “SPIRIT OF FRONT LINE TROOPS” (Rec. December 19, 10.55 p.m.) Rome, December 19. The new constitution of the Fascist Party has been finally approved, and will be enforced immediately by the Grand Council. It affirms that members of the party must have the spirit of front-line troops, capable of sacrificing their all in times of stress, and invites those unable unrestrictedly to conform to strict discipline to resign within a week.
