A KAISER STORY
ARTICLE IN COMMUNIST PAPER (Rec. December 19, 8.20 p.m.) Berlin, December 19. The “Welt Am Abend,” a Communist publication, in an unsigned article upon the ex-Kaiser at Doorn, attributes to Wilhelm the following statement: “When I drive through the Brandenburg Gate in two or three years’ time I soon will make an end of the Red ban.” The Red ban is a Communist badge. The paper adds that the exKaiser regards his stay at Doorn as leave.
