Britain is experiencing au anticyclone, with dry, cold weather, and the flooded areas in the Thames Valley and elsewhere are decreasing rapidly. The highest of tlie spring tides is expected to-morrow, and the danger of any flooding in tlie London area will end on Thursday afternoon. This has been diminished by the rapid reduction in the height of the Thames flood water during the last four days.
