QUICK TRANSIT

An instance of the value of the aeroplane for the quick transaction of business was afforded recently by the enterprise of a director of the Goldberg Advertising Agency Ltd. He was in Dunedin on-Tuesday conducting important business for his firm and had to fulfil engagements in Wellington on Wednesday morning. His work in Dunedin kept ‘him fully occupied until 4 p.m.. when he boarded a Moth aeroplane owned byHamilton Airways Ltd. and piloted by. Captain McGregor. Three hours later he disembarked at the Sockburn Aerodrome. motored to Christchurch and connected with the Lyttelton ferry train. He arrived in Wellington promptly on Wednesday morning and was in a position to conduct a complete day’s business in the Empire City.
