* UPPER HUTT SHOW MISS A. GREENSLADE HAS CHAMPION ROSE The Upper Hutt summer show, which was held on Friday last, was opened by Colonel T. W. McDonald, M.P. The judges in the various sections were: Mr. T. Waugh, flowers and vegetables; Miss Waugh, decorative classes: Mrs. Marshall, home industries: Mesdames F. Scholes and Beale and Mr. L. .1. Watkins, school exhibits. Mrs. A. Greenslado won the trophy for the ehampion rose of the show, with Mrs. Charles Lamplough." The Challenge Cup for cut flowers presented bj- Mr. W. H. P. Barber was won bv Mrs. G. Wale. ‘The trophies for most points in the various classes were won by Mrs. J. Pepper (live trophies), Mrs. Shepherd (three trophies), Mrs. A. Greenslade (three trophies), Mrs. G. Wale (three trophies), Mrs. F. W. Kemp (two trophies), Mrs. G. E. Downing (two trophies), Mrs. S. Klrker. Mrs. A. K. .Towltt, Miss It. M. Binge, Miss V.
