VISITORS TO THE CAPITAL
Mrs. John Downey is visiting Mrs. Elder, Aurora Terrace. Mrs. D. Kettle, of Hastings, is visiting Wellington. Miss Nan Gillies, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned to Timaru.
Mr. and Mrs. C. Haldane have returned to Hastings from a visit to Wellington. Mrs. J. Foot, of Hastings, has been spending a few days in Wellington. Mrs. R. C. Tennent, Hawke’s Bay, is in Wellington on a visit to her son, Dr. Allan Tennent.
Mrs. TV, Jowell, of Okau, Foxton, has been in“ Wellington for a few days, to meet her cousin, Mrs. G. T. Neils, who arrived by the Ruahine. • Mrs. W. Marshall and Mrs. H. H. /Marshall, of Marton, earne to Wellington to meet their sister, Mrs. Bowen, who was a passenger by the Ruahine.
