FOXCOMBE HALL OPENED
CENTRE OF DOMINION INTERESTS' (Rec. November 25, 11.35 p.m.) London, November 25. Admiral Mark Kerr opened the Foxcombe Hall at Oxford, which will be the centre of overseas conferences of women. Men may be members. It is hoped the club will be the centre of Dominion interests at Oxford, where overseas visitors congregate. The club-house was the residence of the Earl of Berkeley.
