AFGHANISTAN’S NEW GOVERNMENT RECOGNITION BY BRITAIN AND DOMINIONS (British Official Wireless,) Rugby, November 15. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Arthur Henderson, has addressed the following telegram to the Foreign Minister at Kabul: “I have the honour on behalf of His Majesty’s Government of the United Kingdom and of the Government of India and of His Majesty’s Governments in Canada, the ''Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, and the Irish Free State, to inform Your Excellency that the above Governments recognise the Government established by His Majesty King Mohammad Nadir Khan as the Government of Afghanistan, and to express a sincere hope that the friendly relations of the past may continue with the new Government."
