UNDEFENDED PETITIONS. Decrees nisi, to be made absolute after the expiration of three months, were granted by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court on Saturday in the following undefended divorce petitions. The grounds on which the . petitions were brought are given in. parentheses :- —Ilylda Carmen (Grigg v. Haymond Francis Woodley Grigg (separation), Robert Forrester v. Hester line Forrester (adultery with Lindsay F. Avery); Cecil. John’Cook’ v. Lena Cook (adulterywith Frank Ross) ; George William Yallop v. Kate Edith Yallop (desertion) ; John Richard Grindrod v. Mary Louisa Grindrod (desertion) ; Leo Reginald Jury v. Ethel Jury (adultery with Maurice Martin Quirk) ; Albert John Harris V. Maria Theresc Harris (separation). ■
