MEMORIAL AT AWAPUNI LAKELET AND FOUNTAIN The memory of the men of the New Zealand Aicdical Corps who fell in the Great War is to be perpetuated by a memorial placed on the racecourse at Awapuni, near Palmerston North, where they underwent training before proceeding overseas.
