TARDIEU SUCCEEDS IN EFFORTS (Rec. November 3, 11 p.m.) Paris, November 3. France had been for eleven days without a Government when M. Tardieu constituted the following Cabinet to-night:— Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, M. Tardieu. Minister of Finance, M. Cheron. Minister of - War, M. Maginot. Minister of Marine, M. Leygues. Minister of Agriculture, M. Hennesy. Minister of Public Works, M. Pernot. r Minister of Commerce, M. Flandin. Air Minister, M. Laurent Eynac. Minister of Colonies, M. Pietri. Minister of Labour, M. Louchcur. Minister of Education, M. Marraud. Minister of Pensions, M. Gallet Minister of Marine, M. Rollin. ■ Minister of Justice, M. Hubert. Minister of Posts, M. Germain Martin. M. Tardieu at 50 years of age is one of the youngest, If not the youngest, Prime - Ministers France has ever had. He entered the Civil Service and resigned to become a-journalist. He was foreign editor and leader writer for the “Temps.” He served in the war as captain of Chasseurs, when he was wounded.
