ATTITUDE OF IRISH FREE STATE ' Australian Press Association. (Rec. October 1, 7 p.m.) London, September 80. It is understood the Irish Free State has definitely decided to contest the Dominions’ seat on the League Council in 1930 replacing Canada not as a slight to Australia but as a protest against the seniority idea.
