V professional wrestling contest between George Walker, heavy-weight champion of Canada, and Clarence Eklund, light-heavyweight champion of the \vorld, drew a large crowd to the Town Hall to-night. The contest ended in a draw after each man had secured one fall ‘Eklund gained a fall with a reverse armlock in the sixth round, Walker evening matters in the next round after making his opponent groggy by thrice rushing him, gripping his legs and tipping him over backwards. Eklund was the more scientific of the pair, but Walker’s little extra weight and great strength equalised matters. The decision met with a mixed reception. Eklund and Farmer Vance meet next Monday night for the light-heavyweight championship of the world.
