MAGISTRATE’S COURT
♦ BY-LAW CASES Offenders against the by-laws were dealt with by Mr. T. B. McNeil, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday:— William A. Arnold. Herbert E. Bridgford, Henry H. Higgins, Frederick T Quinlivan, and Jack Sailings were each fined 10s. for leaving their cars unat tended. Fdr using a motor-cycle without having endorsed certificates, Stewart T. Bly was convicted and ordered to pay 12s. costs. He was convicted and ordered to pay 10s. costs for having used an unlicensed motor-cycle. Albert D. Donald was fined £1 for failing to keep to the left. Frank Drury was fined ■£l 10s. for having no driver’s license, while George Pugh was fined 10s. on a similar charge. Pugh was also fined £1 for failing to stop after an accident. Sydney Jones was fined 10s. for using an unlicensed motor-cycle and a like amount for having no driver’s license. He was also fined 10s. for having no lights.. Jeremiah iMorris was fined £1 for dan gerous driving. Walter Thompson was convicted and ordered to pay 13s. costs for allowing his chimney to catch on fire. Leslie K, Tremewan was fined 10s. for failing to attend drilL
