SERIOUS CHARGE
SEQUEL TO MOTOR FATALITY Dominion Special Service Auckland, July 25. Charges arising out of a fatal motor accident In New North Road, Mount Albert, on Wednesday evening were preferred against William David Weller, aged 33, a butcher, in the Magistrate’s Court. Accused was charged with negligently driving a motor-vehicle while in a state of intoxication, and causing the death of Samuel Leatham, and with being intoxicated while in. charge of a motor-vehicle. Accused was remanded on bail.
