CONDITION SERIOUS AFTER OPERATION ("Times” Cables.) Berlin, July 22. Herr Mueller, th» German Chancellor, was suddenly taken ill with inflammation of the bladder, requiring an operation, which passed off satisfactorily, but the patient’s condition is serious.
