PUBLIC TRUSTEE AS EXECUTOR
Last Tuesday in the Supreme Court, on the application of the solicitor to the Public Trust Office, probate was granted by Mr, Justice MacGregor to the Public Trustee; the. executor named, of the will of Dennis McDonald, late of Wellington, settler.
Mr. Justice MacGregor also granted to the Public Trustee an order to administer the estate of Tom Haines, late of Petone, labourer; also the estate of Henry Sherwood, late pf Wellington, retired wool-classer.
