* WAIWETU CLUB. The weekly ball competition of the Waiwetu Club was won by J. Gilbertson, 78—9—69. In the’first round of the Kirk Manorial Cup, Pcre beat E. Hogg, Miss Walters beat Miss Cochrane, Miss Lee beat Stunell, Marsden beat Adamson, Mrs. Findlay beat Pringle ,Cook beat Ryan, Miss Robinson beat Mrs. Evison, Thomas beat Miss Hanson, Barker beat Mrs. Townsend, Gunn beat Hanson, . Fully beat Mftcaskill, Crawford beat Smith by default, Mrs. Ridler beat Miss Findlay. The second round must be completed not later than June 30. A mixed Canadian foursome for the President’s Cup will be played on June 29.
