ROTARY CONVENTIONS
DECENTRALISATION PLAN Australian Press Association. (Rec. June 3, 9 p.m.) New York, June 2. At Dallass the possibility of the discontinuance of the International Rotary Conventions, with a decentralisation of the International organisation, was proposed at a post-convention session of officials to-day. The decentralisation plan is fostered by, the British groups, whose idea of the internal handling of Rotary differs materially from the programme the Americans offer. To-day’s discussion was held behind closed doors.
