By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Alay 3. Before Air. Justice Smith, in the Supreme Court to-day, George Spiers, charged with the theft of wheat from R. Hudson and Co., and alternatively with receiving the wheat knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained, was found guilty on the second count. In the case in which Spiers and Anthony Cabral were charged with the theft of a case of petrol and with breaking and entering the warehouse of White and Co. with intent; to commit a crime, both accused were found guilty on the second count.
