Decision Reserved —Legal argument was concluded before Mr. Justice MacGregor in the Supreme Court yesterday in the case in which William Dean Smith and Walter Flintoff claimed £347 from Mrs. Mary Tiller, as the cost of repairs allegedly carried out to the Arcadia Private Hotel after the transfer of the lease to the plaintiffs from the defendant. Mrs. Tiller counter-claimed for £lOO 14s. fld M balance allegedly owing on the purchase of stores by the plaintiff#. The Court resarvsd iia decision.
