BY-ELECTION FIGURES COMPLETED By Telegraph.—Press Association. Whangarei, April 19. The Bay of Islands by-election final figures are as follow: — Rushworth 4385 Bell 3911 Majority for Rushworth .. 474 The postal votes are distributed as follow: Bell, 67; Rushworth, 47. Of the absentee votes Mr. Bell received 126 and Mr. Rushworth 127. There were only 35 informal votes.
