WILD SCENES IN FEDERAL PARLIAMENT EXCITED LABOUR MEMBERS CENSURE MOTION MOVED (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) (Rec. February 28, 10.10 p.m.) Canberra, February 28. A stormy debate is in progress iu the House of Representatives upon the Transport Bil, which gives the Federal authorities more power over industrial disputes. Labour members shouted wildly, and described it variously as a “bludgeoning Bill?’ “Latham’s leg-iron,” "a branding iron” and “a conscription of Labour Bill.” Mr. Scullin, Leader of the Labour Party, to-day gave notice that he would move: “That in the opinion of this House the Bruce-Page Government, by class legislation and partisan administration. has caused a dislocation of ihdustry and is responsible for the crisis in timber industry.” The motion is regarded as one of censure.
