In. reply to a question by a “Dominion”- representative last night, the Minister of Justice (Hon. T. MWilfofd) stated-that after he had rehd the evidence given at the inquest on the death of Elsie Walker he would determine what action should be taken in connection with the Coroner’s suggestions.

Mr. Wilford, who has had twentyfive years’ experience in the weighing of evidence, made it clear that' neither Coroner’s remarks nor counsels’ speeches were evidence, and that he was awaiting a copy of the evidence before he came to nny-.conclusion on the facts and made any- pronouncement in regard to what action he might take.
