The Government will begin to adopt Treasures enabling a return to constitutional life, the moment the fundamental programme is completed. .The Premier denied the alleged secret aims, and added that the Government intended to develop the existing friendly relations with foreign Powers, especially Jugo-Slavia’s neighbours. The first task is to restore order and discipline in the Civil Service, with a view to unifying the laws, and establishing a reign of justice and security, and also set the finances in order.
