Dalgety and Co. report that the auxiliary schooner Hula, which was reported to be overdue, arrived safely at Greymouth on Wednesday afternoon from Dunedin. TREWIDDEN REPORTS. The Canadian National Steamships received a wireless message yesterday from their chartered steamer Trewiddeu reporting that the vessel will arrive at Auckland early tills morning from Halifax. After putting out part cargo at Auckland she will come to Wellington, and is due here on Tuesday. MAHANA TO LOAD. Cabled news has been received by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. that the Mahana left Townsville (Queensland) on Tuesday for Port Chalmers, where she is due next Wednesday to commence loading for London. The vessel will afterwards load also at Bluff, Gisborne, and Wellington. arriving here on January 27. She will sail from Wellington on February 3 for the Wanganui roadstead to fill up. Thu Maliana is expected to clear Wanganui on February 9 for London, via Panama.
CARGO FROM SOUTH AFRICA. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. advise that tile Raranga, which is due at Cape Town on February 9 from London, will offer shippers an opportunity of consigning cargo from Cape Town direct, to Auckland, as the vessel is due at the latter port about March 22. The Raranga will leave London on January 19 for Cape Town and Australian ports. After discharge in Australia the vessel vil! proceed to Auckland.
NIAGARA LEAVES VANCOUVER. The Union Company have received cabled news that their R.M.S. Niagara left Vancouver at noon ou Wednesday for Sydney, via Honolulu, Suva, and Auckland. She is due at Honolulu ou January 16. Suva January 25, Auckland on January 28, and at Sydney on February 2. KOMATA TO RESUME. The difficulty with the crew of the Koniata having been settled with satisfaction to all parties, tile Union Company will dispatch the vessel to-morrow from Wellington for Westport to load for Wellington. Captain Corby has been appointed master. AORANGI FOR VANCOUVER. The R.M|S. motor ship Aorangi left Sydney yesterday for Vancouver, via Auckland, Suva, and Honolulu. She is due at Auckland on Sunday afternoon, and will leave again at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. WAIRUNA LEAVES AUCKLAND. The Union Company’s steamer Wairuna left Auckland at 3 p.m. yesterday for Wellington. in continuation of her voyage from Pacific Coast ports She is due here on Sunday morning, and will sail on Tuesday for Melbourne. OTOKIA LEAVES SAN PEDRO. The Union Company have been notified by cable that their oil-tanker Otokia left San Pedro at. 6 p.m. on Tuesday, with a cargo of fuel oil for Wellingto.n. She is due here about February 2. TARANAKI DEPARTS. The Shaw, Savlll, aaid Albion Company’s motor ship Taranaki left Port Chalmers at 2.30 p.m. yesterday for London, via Panama. MISCELLANEOUS. The Kartigi is to sail from Auckland tomorrow for Greymouth to load for Miramar and Wellington. She is due here about next Friday. Rain has delayed the Kamona s' loading at Westport. She is now expected to leave there this morning for Wellington, and is due here to-morrow. The Totara is to sail from Oamaru today for Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due here on Tuesday morning, and will sail again in the evening for New Plymouth. The departure of the Kaimai from Wellington for Greymouth has been cancelled. The Kent is to leave Wellington at 7 o’clock this morning for London, via Panama and Curacoa. The Corinna is now expected at Wellington on Sunday from New Plymouth, and will sail on Monday for Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru. The Surrey is due at Wellington this morning from the Wanganui roadstead, and will berth at the King’s Wharf for loading. She will leave here to-morrow for Napier. The liner Rotorua left. Wellington last evening for Southampton and London, via Pitcairn Island, Panama, and Curacoa. Captain J. G. Watson took command of the Kurow at Wellington yesterday. The Cumberland will now leave Port Chalmers at 6 o’clock this morning for Timaru to unload the remainder of her Liverpool cargo. The Cygnet is to get away from Wellington at 8 o'clock this evening for Kaikoura and Lyttelton. The Mahia left Gisborne last night for the Wanganui roadstead to continue loading. ' , • . The liner, Tamaroa arrived at Auckland at 9 a.m. yesterday from Wellington to fill up for London. The Canadian Britisher arrived at Napier at 5 a.m. yesterday from Wellington, and is to sail to-night for Auckland. The Canadian Transporter is due at Wellington early to-morrow morning from Montreal via Auckland. The Port Hardy left Wellington at 5 o’clock yesterday morning for Port Chalmers, where she is due this morning. The vessel is to get away from the Otago port to-morrow for Lyttelton. The SoSmerset arrived at Wellington at 7.20 a.m. yesterday from New Plymouth to continue loading. The vessel will now leave Wellington next Wednesday for Lyttelton. Captain J.
