(>. turner being appointed ndvistory trustee. On December 12. on the application of the solicitor to the Public Trust Office, Mr. Justice MacGregor granted probate to the Public Trustee, tlie executor name. , of'the will of Margaret Makeliaui, of Wellington. widow. The Public Trustee was also by the Supreme Court constituted Administrator of the estates of William Barr Inglis. late of Wellington, engineer: Stephen Stevens, late of Wellington, fireman: Harry Ernest Browue. late of Wellington. Civil servant; Louis Brough, late of Lower Hutt, carrier; John Francis Sinclair, late of Kahutara, farmer: and Millicent Charity Manson. late of Wentworth Falls, New South Wales, widow.
