Murder of Bank Messenger.— An Australian Press Association-United Service message from Marseilles states that live Corsicans have been arrested for the murder of a bank messenger on November 21. One is alleged to have confessed. Another of the arrested men stood as a candidate at the last elections for tlie Chamber of Deputies.
