KEEN DEMAND FOR FINE SORTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. (Rec. November 26, 10.20 p.m.) Sydney, November 26. At the wool sales 12,000 bales were sold. All fine wools were in keen demand at full late rates. Skirtings were very firm. There was a strong demand for lambs’ wool, and crossbreds. Greasy merino fleece sold to 3Old. per lb.
