TWELVE PEOPLE KILLED (Australian Press Association.) Paris, November 20. An army cartridge factory at Vincennes blew up. Twelve were killed, and scores injured. • Later. [Four bodies, charred and unrecognisable, have been recovered from the Vincennes explosion. The disaster occurred in one of the largest cartridge factories in France. The explosion took place in the powder house, and-was Jieard for several miles* _
