TWELVE PEOPLE KILLED (Australian Press Association.) Paris, November 20. An army cartridge factory at Vincennes blew up. Twelve were killed, and scores injured. • Later. [Four bodies, charred and unrecognisable, have been recovered from the Vincennes explosion. The disaster occurred in one of the largest cartridge factories in France.
