TRIBAL RISINGS
AFGHAN VILLAGES ATTACKED (Australian Press Association.) (Rec. November 21, 7.20 p.m.) Delhi, November 21. Twenty-five passenger lorries from Kabul arrived at Peshawar after being held up seven days on account of tribal risings. A large number of Shinwaris attacked an Afghan military post at Kalii and a number of other villages. At Dakka they were repulsed by the Afghan garrison, leaving scores of dead and wounded.
