ALLOCATION OF MRS. YOUNG’S DONATION.
The Mayor (Mr. G. A. Troup) has decreed that the cheque donated by Mrs. M. Young, being the net proceeds of the charge for' admission made to her political meeting at the Town Hall, shall be divided equally amongst the following institutions: Nursing Guild, Order of St. John;- Red Cross Society; Free Ambulance Hbnie ’of Compassion; Residential . Nurseries; Day Nurseries; Free, Kindergarten ; Presbyterian Orphanage;. St. Mary’s Home, Karori; mid the.: Salvation Army Orphanage. The odd' money. £4 135., is to go to the -Boys’ Institute.
