COMMISSIONER HAY TO ATTEND Commissioner James liny, 0.8. E., tlie head of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, will leave by tlie Tahiti on Friday for England to take part in tlie conference of tlie High Council of tlie Salvation Army whieh lias been called in London in January on account of tlie state of health of General Bramwell Booth. During his absence tlie arrangements in New Zealand will bo in Hie hands of Mrs. Hay and tlie departmental officers.
