October 30, 1928. rfHE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD J- (New South Wales) invites applications, up to NOVEMBER 30,1928, for the following positions:— VETERINARY RESEARCH OFFICER, Stock Branch, Department of Agriculture, N.S.W. Pay, weekly equivalent of £675 p.a., ranging to £720 p.a. in two annual increments of £2a. VETERINARY RESEARCH OFFICER, Stock Branch, ’ Department of Agriculture, N.S.W. Pay, weekly equivalent of £4OO p.a., ranging to £450 p.a. in two annual increments of £25. Employment will be in terms of Section 44 of the Public Service Act, 1902, and Section 3 of the Amending Act, 1903, in both cases. The appointments are expected to last for five years, but may be terminated by either side on giving three months’ notice. Travelling allowances, leave of absence, etc., will be in accordance with the Public Service Regulations. Applicants must hold an Australian University Degree of Veterinary Science or equivalent degree, -or belong to the Royal College of Veterinary burgeons, and be prepared to work under the Director of Veterinary Research at Glenfield Veterinary Research Station or elsewhere.
