At the request of the Administrator of Western Samoa, Colonel Allen, the Government has agreed ,to Mr. P. 8. Verschaffelt, Public,/ Service Commissioner; Mr. C. A. Berendsen, Imperial Affairs Branch of the Prime Minister’s Office; and Mr. A. D. Park; Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, going to the Islands to advise on the reorganisation of the staff and ;the tlnanpes of the mandated territory. They leave tomorrow. -. ... ■... ,
