CANADA AND IRELAND
MINISTERS NOT TO BE APPOINTED (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Rec. October 29, 7.10 p.m.) Vancouver, October 28. A message from Quebec states that Canada will not appoint a Minister to Ireland and Ireland will not appoint a Minister to Ottawa. The Premier, Mr. King, made this clear on bis arrival from Europe. It is probable that at some future time representatives will be appointed but these will not have the rank of Ministers.
