A very appropriate design of plaster work his been decided upon for the ceiling decoration of the new board room in the Harbour Board building (says the Auckland “Star”). The work of the board nnd its association with the sea is symbolised in most effective style. On the ceiling there are long lines of anchors nnd ship’s wheels, in and out of which twine weird nnd picturesque fish. A border of anchor chains adds the final nnuticnl touch, whilst in I lie vestibule adjoining the board room is a frieze of ! 'ebelts. The work has been designed 115' the board’s architects, Messrs. N. Wade nnd A. M. Bartley. WOODS' GREAT PEPPERMINT CUREFor Intluenza, Colds.—Advt.
