CYCLE ROAD RACE
TO-MORROW’S BIG EVENT. The handicap of A. Seiwood for the Palmerston North to Wellington amateur cvele road race to-morrow has been altered from 21 minutes to 38 minutes. Two more of the Canterbury entrants, Mackie and Lamberton, arrived from the south yesterday.
