BY-LAW AND CIVIL CASES By-law cases were dealt with by Mr. J. 11. Salmon, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Allowing stock to wander cost Mary Disley £3, James Fceby and Paul Olsen £1 each, and Walter R. Restiaux costs only, 10s. George Hare was fined £3 for driving in a dangerous manner. On a charge of cutting a corner, Leslie Wall was fined £l. Thomas Viggars was iiued £1 for cutting a corner, £1 for not having a driver’s license, and 10s., costs only, for not having a warning device on a motorcycle.
