MOTOR CAR WHEEL COLLAPSES

< — TWO MEN SERIOUSLY INJURED By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, September 20. As the result of a rear wheel collapsing, a motor-ear overturned between Southbrook and Flaxton to-day. Two occupants of the car—Gordon S. Keetley and Stafford Ashby—were severely hurt. Ashby suffered shock and head injuries, and was admitted to Christchurch Hospital in an unconscious condition. Keetley injured a shoulder, and was successfully operated upon tonight. Ashby was still unconscious late to-night, and his condition is serious.
