Seddon, of Petone, who was recently asked to allow himself to be nominated as an Independent candidate for Hutt seat at the general elections, has decided that he cannot accede to the request. Mr. M. F. Luckie, who has been chosen as the official Reform candidate for Wellington South, will meet friends and supporters at his committee rooms, 05 Riddiford Street, at S o’clock tonight for the purpose of forming committees in connection with the tortncoming campaign-
