The liner Orcoma, on which Sir Austen Chamberlain is travelling to America for the benefit of his; health, put in at La Rochelle yesterday. Greetings and wishes for a speedy recovery were conveyed to Sir Austen Chamberlain on behalf of the French President and French Foreign Minister. The Orcoma arrives to-day at San Sebastian. The Spanish Prime Minister, General Primo de Rivera, has stated that he has addressed a cordial letter to Sir Austen Chamberlain, wishing him a speedy recovery and expressing his regret that he is unable to present his wishes personally. General de Rivera explains.that it was his original intention to visit Sir Austen Chamberlan on board the Orcoma, but in view of Sir Austen’s state of health he wishes to spare him any inconvenience.
