The Arbitration Court at Invercargill yesterday heard a claim for £5OO by Hugh Lawrence Henry and his wife. Margaret Henry, from the Ohai Railway Board ns compensation for the death of their son Janies Lawrence Henry, who was accidentally killed by a fall of earth on May 17 while in the employ of the board.
