The Waitemata, from Newcastle, arrived at Suva on August 15, and proceeds thence on Thursday to Vancouver, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, to load for Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Nelson, and New Plymouth. PORT SYDNEY AT LONDON. Cabled news has been received by the C. and D. Line that the Port Sydney arrived at London last Thursday from Wellington. The vessel left here on July 5. CANADIAN BRITISHER IN PORT. The Canadian Britisher arrived at Wellington early on Saturday morning from Montreal, via Auckland, and berthed at tlie Taranaki Street Wharf to put out part cargo. The vessel is to proceed from here to Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin, and is due back at Wellington on August 28 to load for New York, Boston, and Montreal. SUSSEX AT SINGAPORE. Cabled news has been received by the Union Company that the Sussex, from Calcutta, arrived at-Singapore on Friday. The vessel was to have left again on Saturday for Samarang to complete loading for Auckland, ■Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff| She is due at Auckland on September 10 and at Wellington on September 15. OTRANTO DRY DOCKED. The Union Company has received cabled news that the Orient liner Otranto, which was recently damaged in a collision while returning from a cruise to Norway, has been safely dry docked at Southampton. Messrs. Harland and Wolff are executing the necessary repairs, and it is expected that the vessel will sail from London on her time-table date, September 15, for Australia. MISCELLANEOUS. The Port Bowen arrived at Auckland yesterday from New Plymouth to continue loading. She will leave Auckland to-mor-row for Gisborne. The Northumberland left Napier on Saturday for Lyttelton to proceed with her loading. In continuation of her voyage from Montreal, Sydney (C. 8. and New York, the Papanui left Auckland at 0.35 a.m. on Saturday for Napier and Wellington. The vessel is due here on Wednesday. The Ruapehu is to sail from Lyttelton to-morrow for New I 3 lymouth to put out the remaiander of her cargo from London. The liner Rcmuera is to sail from Wellington at noon to-day for Auckland to put out the remainder of her London cargo. The Poolta will leave here to-morrow for Westport to load for Napier and Wellington. The Waipiata, from southern ports and Picton, is due here to-morrow, and goes on to Auckland. The Katoa will leave Portland to-day and Auckland to-morrow for Wellington and southern ports. The Opihi is to leave here to-day for Westport to load for Miramar. • The Kahlka will leave here to-day for Napier and Gisborne, thence to Dunedin, where she will load northwards agpin for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne. The Kaponga is now to leave Dunedin, to-morrow for Timaru, Wellington, and Westport. The Cygnet is due here to-morrow from Lyttelton and Kaikoura, and returns tomorrow to the same port.
