The sight of a woman cyclist with a child about two years old seated on the fore part of the machine caused some thrills among thc onlookers on the Greymouth railway station platform on a recent afternooon as she sped down the hill at a break-neck pace across the overbend bridge and down thc sharp incline on to the platform (relates the “Grey River Argus”). Luckily there were no pedestrians on thc incline heading to thc station, or otherwise- a serious accident might have resulted,
