FREEHOLDING RURAL ’ LANDS “I hope to remain in this House long enough to put through legislation that will give the freehold to .all rural lands,” said the Minister of -Lands (Hon. A. D. McLeod) in the House of Representatives last night. •The Minister explained that this desire was not simply because the freeholding would be of benefit to the individual, but because it would benefit the State.
