AUSTRALIAN OFFER TO HEARNE AND HENDREN." (United Service.) London. May 17. The “Evening News” states that Hearne and Hendren have notified the Middlesex Club that they 'wish to leave at the end ot the season, giving no reasons. It is understood that both have received offers to settle in Australia. Heudren, interviewed, said: “I cannot say definitely what is going to happen. Everything depends on whether Middlesex can offer satisfactory terms. I am no longer young, and cannot hope to play for the county for many seasons.” ■
