MANAWATU HUNT
Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, May 14.The beautiful weather on Saturday afternoon attracted a large attendance of followers and spectators when the hounds hunted at Knirnnga. The meet was at the homestead of Mr. D. B. AleGiven, and three line runs were obtained, lhe paddocks being in splendid order. 'There was only one spill, whilst a splendid "recovery” made by one rider drew applause from the onlookers. 'The drags were laid by Messrs. Al. E. Wood, on Sunset, mid S. J. Bailey, on Captain Wai. Among those filling to the hounds were: Messis. D. B. McGiven (deputy-mastor in charge), on Snowflake; J. .1. Waller (huntsman), on Rang! Sarto: F. Edmonds (lion, whip), on Moonlight: .Misses M.
